I am a singer, songwriter, retreat leader, speaker, author, comedienne, and a seeker. I write songs and share stories to help bring comfort and healing to those going through life challenges.
I love to empower people who temporarily forgot who they are, and bring inspiration to anyone who needs to be uplifted.

At every retreat and work-shop I lead, I love to have the participants leave with a song that captures the spirit of our time together — something simple and heartfelt that they can carry home with them. If they walk out singing it, I know the connection will continue long after we say goodbye.
