I am a singer, songwriter, retreat leader, speaker, author, comedienne, and a seeker. I write songs and share stories to help bring comfort and healing to those going through life challenges.
I love to empower people who temporarily forgot who they are, and bring inspiration to anyone who needs to be uplifted.

At every retreat and work-shop I lead, I love to have the participants leave with a song that captures the spirit of our time together — something simple and heartfelt that they can carry home with them. If they walk out singing it, I know the connection will continue long after we say goodbye.
“From My Heart To Your Heart” was born from those sacred moments — standing face to face in a group, (or smiling at each other in our little Zoom boxes), hands resting gently over our hearts, singing:
“From my heart to your heart, I give you my love…”
There is something so healing about looking into another’s eyes and offering love — freely, openly, without conditions. In those moments, it feels like our walls soften, our hearts open. We remember who we really are.
What if this became more than just a song?
What if it became a daily practice?
Imagine silently offering these words to everyone you meet — friends, family, even strangers. A simple inner gesture of love. A quiet blessing. A reminder that we belong to each other.
My hope is that this song becomes that reminder for you — a gentle chant you can return to whenever you want to feel grounded, connected, and open-hearted.
From my heart to your heart… I give you my love.
